The ideal time of day to exercise is the early morning. I say this for a few reasons. First, when you train in the morning, you’ll get it done and you’ll have the rest of the day to do other important things. You also won’t have to worry about getting your exercise in because you’ll run out of time or will make it easier for you to make excuses to skip workouts.
Yes you will need access to a local or home gym
Many people are anxious or uncomfortable if they start exercising in an unfamiliar gym environment. That’s understandable. One of the best things about this program is that if you’re uncomfortable going to a hardcore gym, you can start some of the program (especially the Legend Mind-Set Mastery portion) and eventually graduate to the gym. The one thing I want ALL of you to understand, is that the gym is no place to be intimidated.
Yes, It is critical to gently stretch and warm up the muscles by increasing the blood circulation to them, to avoid muscle tears or joint injuries. A brisk walk on the treadmill, jumping rope, a bike ride for five minutes, is a standard warm-up that is effective and will to some degree, prepare the body for the upcoming workout.
